Method

Prep all your ingredients. Hard-boil the eggs, and clean and sauté the mushrooms in a skillet until fully cooked.

Thaw the crab sticks and dice them finely.

Finely chop the hard-boiled eggs as well.

Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater.

Now that everything is ready, it is time to assemble the salad. Grab a suitable flat serving plate. Layer the eggs on the bottom, followed by the canned corn. Pipe a light grid of mayonnaise over the top.

Add the sautéed mushrooms as the next layer.

Spread the diced crab sticks evenly over the top.

Finish with the cheese as the final layer. Coat the entire mound with mayonnaise and garnish with fresh herbs.
