Quick and juicy thin flatbread rolls stuffed with minced meat, cooked in the air fryer. A great alternative to meat-filled crêpes or hand pies.

Method

Pour oil into a skillet, place it on the induction cooktop, and set it to maximum power (P20) to heat the oil up faster.

Add the onion and ground meat to the hot oil, fry for 7 minutes, then add salt, pepper, sour cream, and ketchup, mix everything well, and fry for another 3 minutes.

Cut the lavash into 12 pieces, place 2 teaspoons of the filling on each piece of lavash, and roll them up.

Brush all the rolls with milk and transfer them onto the air fryer rack.

Cook 6 rolls at a time using the Multicook mode at 200°C for 6 minutes.
