Method

Combine the quark with natural yogurt and blend until smooth.

Spoon a couple of tablespoons of granola into the bottom of a glass, followed by the quark mixture, another layer of granola, and finish with the remaining quark mixture.

Drizzle with liquid honey on top and garnish with coconut flakes. You can also garnish with any fruits or cocoa.
