Place the mold in the freezer.

Melt the chocolate in the microwave or over a water bath, and add a tablespoon of vegetable oil for a glossy shine.

Spread the chocolate inside the chilled mold and immediately return it to the freezer.

Blend the cottage cheese with butter and sugar using an immersion blender.

Take the mold out of the freezer and layer the cottage cheese mixture and dulce de leche.

Place it in the freezer for half an hour, then transfer to the refrigerator.
