Method

1

Gelatin prep: Pour cold water over the gelatin and let it bloom for 5 minutes.

2

Melting gelatin: Melt the gelatin mixture in the microwave in 5-10 second bursts to avoid overheating. It is important that the gelatin dissolves completely without coming to a boil!

3

Combining with chocolate: Add the melted (not hot!) white chocolate to the melted gelatin.

4

Mixing: Stir gently until uniform.

5

Adding glycerin: Finally, add food-grade glycerin and mix until smooth.

6

Molding: Pour the liquid mixture into a prepared silicone mold.

7

Setting: Place the mold in the refrigerator to set until completely firm.

8

Done! Carefully remove the decoration from the mold.
