Method

Toss the chicken quarters with soy sauce, vegetable oil, salt, and spices.

Make sure the marinade is well distributed over the meat and let it rest for at least 30 minutes.

Place the chicken in a baking dish and roast at 200°C (400°F) for about 45–55 minutes, until fully cooked through and beautifully golden brown.

For the sauce, melt the butter over low heat.

Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds, being careful not to let it burn.

Stir in the honey and mix well.

Then, add the finely grated parmesan and stir until you get a rich, slightly thickened sauce.

Finally, fold in the finely chopped fresh parsley.
