In a deep bowl, combine the cottage cheese, sour cream, and sugar. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add the pre-dissolved gelatin and blend again for about another minute.

Rinse the strawberries thoroughly, pat them dry, and slice into wedges. Slice the banana into rounds, place them in a bowl, and sprinkle with lemon juice to prevent browning.

Wash the nectarines and cut them into small pieces. Combine the cottage cheese mixture, strawberries, banana, and nectarines. Gently stir to mix.

Line a mold with plastic wrap. Arrange nectarine slices on the bottom, then pour in the fruity cottage cheese mixture and spread evenly.

Cover with plastic wrap pressed directly onto the surface and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours until fully set.

Invert the finished cake onto a plate, remove the plastic wrap, and serve.
