Method
Layer the phyllo sheets in a greased baking dish, brushing each with melted butter and letting the edges hang over the sides of the pan.
Blend all the filling ingredients together until smooth, then pour over the dough.
Arrange your choice of sliced berries or fruit on top, making sure to remove any cores or pits first.
Fold the hanging edges of the dough over the filling and brush with egg wash, then sprinkle with sliced almonds.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 35 minutes until the edges are golden brown. You can switch to bottom heat for the last 5 minutes to ensure the crust bakes thoroughly.
Let it cool down and serve!
