Method

Wash the wild garlic thoroughly in a bowl of water, changing the water a few times if necessary.

Shake off excess moisture, lay the greens out on a paper towel, and gently pat them dry from above.

Transfer the shoots into a freezer bag, remove the air, and seal the bag.

Place in the freezer for a minimum of 30 minutes and a maximum of 4 months.
