Tender fish roulades with a fragrant mushroom filling, steam-cooked in a multicooker. A wonderful light and exquisite dish for lunch or dinner.

Method

Finely dice the onion, chop the mushrooms, and mince the fresh herbs.

Sauté the onion in oil using the "Multicook" mode (150 °C) for 5 minutes, then add the mushrooms and cook for another 10 minutes.

Stir in the herbs and a pinch of salt.

Cut the fillets in half lengthwise, place the filling on top, roll them up into roulades, and secure with toothpicks.

Transfer the roulades to the multicooker bowl, drizzle with lemon juice and wine, and pour in ½ cup of water.

Cook on the "Steam" mode for 10 minutes.

Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper before serving.
