Method

Combine all the dough ingredients and knead into a soft dough that doesn't stick to your hands.

Divide the dough into two portions and shape them into balls.

Roll out the first ball, dust with starch, fold, and dust with starch again—repeat this process to build multiple layers.

Prepare the second ball in the exact same way.

Start with the first folded sheet: roll it out into a rectangle, squaring it off so the straight edge is at the bottom.

Place the filling along the short edge, roll it up two to three times, and cut it; repeat this until the sheet is finished, and do the same with the second sheet.

Make deep incisions on the surface, mix the milk and oil together, and pour it over the top.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius until golden brown.
