Method
Prick the cherry tomatoes in a few spots with a toothpick so the brine gets inside.
Slice the peppers into strips and cut the cabbage into large chunks.
Layer everything in the jar: cabbage, cherry tomatoes, peppers, and garlic.
Make the brine: dissolve 1 tablespoon of salt in 1 liter of cold water, stirring until it's completely dissolved.
Pour the brine over everything—make sure it's all submerged. Loosely cover with the lid.
Leave it out at room temperature for 3–5 days. Taste it on day 3.
Once it's ready, move it to the fridge. It'll keep for up to 3 weeks.
