Method

Bloom the gelatin in water, let it set, then melt it in the microwave.

Warm the condensed milk until it becomes runny.

Melt the chocolate.

Mix the condensed milk with the melted gelatin.

Add the melted chocolate to the condensed milk and gelatin mixture, then stir well.

Pour onto a silicone mat and spread evenly.

Chill in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.

Dust with starch on both sides.
