Cut the meat into small pieces and sear until golden brown.

Add paste, stir, and simmer covered for 5 minutes.

Add the onion and sauté for 3 minutes.

Add the carrot and sauté for another 3 minutes.

Add the potatoes and sauté for 2 minutes.

Add the zucchini, bell pepper, and tomatoes, season with salt and pepper to taste.

Stir well, cover, and cook for 30 minutes.
