Method

Pour the milk into a saucepan, add the sugar, flour, and cocoa powder.

Turn on the heat and whisk occasionally, otherwise the flour will start sticking to the bottom.

Once it comes to a boil, let it simmer for about a minute, then remove from the heat.

Let it cool for about 20 minutes.

Add the butter pieces and stir well until the mixture is glossy.

Grate chocolate over the top and transfer the mixture into a jar.
