Method
Whisk together the egg, sour cream, and sugar, then stir in the kefir, melted butter, and baking soda.
Gradually add the flour to knead a soft dough, grease it with oil, and chill in the refrigerator overnight.
Soak the dried apricots, run them through a meat grinder, and mix with 100 g of sugar (you can warm it slightly on the stove).
Similarly, grind the walnuts, mix with 100 g of sugar, and combine well.
Divide the dough into three portions and roll them out.
Place the first portion of dough into a baking pan, top with a layer of apricot filling, cover with the second piece of dough, add the walnut layer, and seal with the final piece of dough.
Brush the top with an egg wash made from an egg yolk and water, sprinkle with nuts, and bake at 180 °C until golden brown.
