Simmer the sausages over low heat for 10–15 minutes.

Finely chop the onion and sauté in oil.

Add the ketchup.

Add the Worcestershire sauce and curry powder. If the sauce is too thick, splash in some wine to reach the desired consistency. Cook for another minute.

Pat the sausages dry and sear them on a grill or grill pan.

Slice the sausages, pour the sauce over them, and dust with curry powder on top. Serve with french fries if desired.
