Method

Rinse the chicken fillets, pat them dry, and slice them into long strips of even thickness.

Mince the garlic. Combine it with the soy sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and your favorite spices.

Add the chicken to the marinade, mix thoroughly, and let marinate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight in the refrigerator.

Thread the chicken strips onto wooden skewers, leaving a little space between the pieces for air circulation.

Arrange the skewers on the oven rack or hang them so the meat doesn't touch the baking sheet. Place a drip tray underneath to catch any drippings.

Cook at 60°C (140°F) for about 6-8 hours.

Let the finished breast cool and store it in the refrigerator in an airtight container. Serve as a healthy snack or use for sandwiches and salads.
