Crispy Waffle Rolls with Condensed Milk

Method

Melt the butter until completely liquid.

Crack the eggs into a bowl and add sugar, salt, and vanilla.

Whip with a mixer until you get a fluffy, pale foam, then add the butter and milk, and whip everything together really well.

Fold in the flour and mix thoroughly with a spatula or mixer on low speed.

Pour a small amount of batter onto the hot skillet and spread it out as thin as you can—if it's too thick, add a splash of milk.

Fry over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.

While the waffle is still hot on the pan, roll it up into a tube and let it cool.

For the cream, whip the condensed milk with butter until fluffy and light.
