Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Peel the prawns. Thaw the puff pastry at room temperature.

Season the prawns with salt and spices. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into thin strips. Wrap each prawn in the dough as shown in the video.

Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven for 10–12 minutes.
