Method

Wash the jars thoroughly, rinse with a baking soda solution, and then rinse well with clean water.

Place the thoroughly washed dill umbrellas, horseradish leaf, currant leaf, cherry leaf, garlic cloves, and whole peppercorns, coriander seeds, and mustard seeds into the jar.

Wash the cucumbers thoroughly, soak them in a baking soda solution for 15 minutes, and then rinse with water.

Pack the cucumbers tightly into the jar.

Bring water to a boil and pour it into the jar with the cucumbers all the way to the top.

Cover with a lid and let stand for 10 minutes.

Drain the water from the jar into a saucepan and bring it to a boil.

Add salt and apple cider vinegar directly into the jar, then pour the boiling water over them.

Seal the jars, flip them upside down, cover with a towel, and let cool completely before transferring to the refrigerator.
