Method

Combine the ice-cold water and flour, then mix using a dough hook attachment

Add the yeast, salt, sugar, and olive oil until smooth

Transfer the dough to an oiled container, let it rest at room temperature for 30 minutes, perform a stretch and fold, and refrigerate for at least 24 hours

Take the dough out, let it warm up for about an hour, fit it into a baking pan, cover with plastic wrap, and let rise for 2 to 2.5 hours

Create dimples, add toppings, and bake at 480°F (250°C) for about 12 minutes
