Method

Cut the cauliflower head into small florets of roughly equal size. Rinse them well and pat completely dry with paper towels.

In a large bowl, toss the florets with vegetable oil, then dust with cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Toss everything together until well coated.

Spread the cauliflower in a single layer in your air fryer basket. Cook at 190°C for about 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.

While the cauliflower is cooking, whisk together melted butter, your choice of sauce, and honey in a bowl.

Once the cauliflower is golden and crispy, transfer it to the sauce and toss quickly to coat.

Return to the air fryer for another 2–3 minutes at the same temperature so the sauce sets and caramelizes slightly.
