Pour water over the gelatin, microwave for a few seconds until fully dissolved, making sure not to boil.

Combine the heavy cream and peanut butter. If the mixture turns out too thick, warm it up slightly in the microwave. Add the sweetener, salt to taste, and pour in the gelatin. Mix well.

Pour into molds and refrigerate for 40 minutes.
