Method

Separate the eggs into yolks and whites.

Grate the cheese, egg whites, and egg yolks separately using a fine or medium grater.

In a bowl, combine the grated whites, one grated yolk, cheese, garlic, and mayonnaise.

Carefully unroll the crab sticks, trying not to tear them (dip them in hot water first if necessary).

Roll them back up and you are done, garnish with the remaining yolk.
