Method

Make a soft dough and set it aside. For the filling, blend all the ingredients together until smooth.

Roll out the dough, cut out circles, add the filling, and carefully pinch the edges closed. Preheat the oven to 400–475 °F (200–250 °C) and bake until golden brown.

Bake until the bottom is lightly browned, then move to the upper rack for a couple of minutes. Total baking time is about 20–25 minutes.
