Method

Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl, add the sugar and vanilla.

Whisk first at medium speed, then at the highest speed.

Add the cottage cheese and mix until smooth.

Add the sifted flour and 2 teaspoons of baking powder.

Knead a soft dough that shouldn't stick to your hands, adding a little more flour if necessary.

Roll balls out of the resulting dough.

Turn on the 'Braten' multicooker program and pour a cup of oil into the bowl.

Once the oil is hot, place the cottage cheese balls on the bottom of the bowl.
