Method

Warm the water, add the yeast, sugar, and salt. Mix well.

Sift the flour and pour in the yeast mixture. Stir with a spoon.

Gradually add the oil in portions. Knead the dough thoroughly for 10 minutes, then leave it in a warm place for 1 to 1.5 hours.

Take a piece of dough and wrap it around a sausage and a piece of cheese on a stick.

Roll each piece in beaten egg, then in breadcrumbs.

Bake in the oven for 35–40 minutes at 180 °C (350 °F).
