Method

Whip the sour cream with the condensed milk, then add the vanilla and lemon juice. Continue whipping for 5 minutes.

Keep half of the cookies whole and arrange some of them at the bottom of the baking dish.

Crush the remaining cookies and mix them into the cream.

Arrange the rest of the whole cookies on top.

Melt the chocolate (using a double boiler or in the microwave), stir in the butter, and pour it over the dessert.
