Method

Whip the eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar with a mixer until you get a creamy consistency.

Add the milk and butter, mix well.

Sift the flour with baking powder and gently fold it into the batter.

Divide the batter in half, add cocoa to one part and mix.

Grease a large baking pan with oil, pour in the light batter and spread it evenly. Top with the chocolate batter.

Using a skewer or wooden stick, make circular swirls to create the marble pattern.

Bake in a preheated 170°C oven. Don't open the oven for the first 30 minutes, then check for doneness with a wooden pick.
