Method
Dissolve the sugar and yeast in warm water. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
Add the flour, salt, and olive oil. Knead into a soft, slightly sticky dough for 8–10 minutes.
Cover and leave in a warm place for 1–1.5 hours until the dough doubles in size.
Oil a baking sheet and gently stretch the dough out with your hands.
Let it rest for another 30–40 minutes.
Dip your fingers in oil and create those signature dimples all over the surface.
Drizzle generously with olive oil, sprinkle with coarse sea salt and fresh rosemary leaves.
Bake at 220°C for about 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
