Method
Knead a soft, elastic dough from flour, water, salt, and vegetable oil. Let it rest for 20–30 minutes.
Chop the onion and sauté in vegetable oil until soft.
Finely chop the herbs. Mix with the onion, eggs, curd, Suluguni, and Feta. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Divide the dough into portions, roll out into thin rounds, place the filling in the center, and firmly seal the edges.
Cook the chudu in a dry skillet or a saj until golden brown on both sides.
Immediately brush the hot chudu with butter.
