Method

Dice the meat finely, season with salt, and mix in the sour cream, grated cheese, minced dill, and breadcrumbs.

Stir everything together thoroughly.

Shape into patties and dredge in breadcrumbs.

Pan-fry on one side for about 5 minutes until golden brown.

Flip, cover with a lid, and cook for another 15 minutes over medium heat.
