Method

Crush the cookies, leaving some into fine crumbs and some into small chunks. Mix them with the nuts in a bowl.

In a separate bowl, combine the cocoa and sugar, pour in the boiling milk, and stir well.

Add the softened butter and the chocolate mixture to the cookies, and mix thoroughly.

Divide the mixture into 3 portions, place them on plastic wrap, and shape them into logs.

Chill in the freezer for 4–5 hours until set.
