Method

In a bowl, combine the warm milk, vegetable oil, egg, sugar, salt, and yeast.

Gradually add the flour to knead a soft, slightly sticky dough.

Divide the dough into two portions. Mix cocoa powder into one of the portions.

Add more flour to both portions as needed and knead two soft doughs: one plain and one chocolate.

Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place until doubled in volume.

Divide the risen plain and chocolate doughs into equal-sized balls.

Shape the buns using both types of dough, put chocolate spread in the center, and optionally add a few dark chocolate chips.

Place the buns on a baking sheet and let them rest for 25 minutes.

Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C (375°F) using the top-and-bottom heat setting until golden brown.
