Method

1

In a large bowl, combine the softened butter, powdered sugar, and egg. Beat until fluffy.

2

Sift the cocoa powder together with the all-purpose flour and nut flour. Add the baking powder. Stir to combine.

3

Combine both mixtures by adding the dry ingredients all at once. Knead into a soft, smooth dough.

4

Pinch off small pieces of dough weighing 6-8 grams each and roll them into balls.

5

Chill the dough balls in the refrigerator while you prepare the nut-shaped mold iron for baking.

6

Before baking, lightly grease all cavities of the mold with sunflower oil. Preheat the mold.

7

Take the chilled dough balls out and place them into the cavities.

8

Bake for 2-4 minutes until golden brown.

9

Remove the cookie shells using a wooden skewer and let them cool.

10

Gently rub the flat edges of the shells against a fine grater to level them.

11

Fill the shells with boiled condensed milk mixed with chopped nuts and gently press two halves together.
