Method
In a large bowl, combine the softened butter, powdered sugar, and egg. Beat until fluffy.
Sift the cocoa powder together with the all-purpose flour and nut flour. Add the baking powder. Stir to combine.
Combine both mixtures by adding the dry ingredients all at once. Knead into a soft, smooth dough.
Pinch off small pieces of dough weighing 6-8 grams each and roll them into balls.
Chill the dough balls in the refrigerator while you prepare the nut-shaped mold iron for baking.
Before baking, lightly grease all cavities of the mold with sunflower oil. Preheat the mold.
Take the chilled dough balls out and place them into the cavities.
Bake for 2-4 minutes until golden brown.
Remove the cookie shells using a wooden skewer and let them cool.
Gently rub the flat edges of the shells against a fine grater to level them.
Fill the shells with boiled condensed milk mixed with chopped nuts and gently press two halves together.
