Method

Sort through the raspberries and pat them dry gently.

Stir the yogurt well, dip each berry into it, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet or tray. Freeze for 1.5 to 2 hours until completely frozen.

Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or in short bursts in the microwave, stirring until smooth.

Remove the frozen berries from the freezer and quickly dip each one into the melted chocolate, or drizzle the chocolate over them to form a solid coating.

Place the treats back on the parchment paper and return them to the freezer until the chocolate hardens completely.

Store in the freezer for a firmer texture.
