Method

In a bowl, combine the milk, sugar, and cocoa powder. Add the eggs and beat well.

Gradually fold in the flour and baking powder, mixing until smooth. Pour in the oil and mix everything again.

Pour the batter into a greased baking pan. Bake at 180 °C (350 °F) for 30 minutes. Check for doneness with a skewer.
