Method

Set your multicooker to the Sauté function, melt the butter, and cook the chicken cut into bite-sized pieces for about 10 minutes, seasoning with poultry spice.

Switch to the Stew setting for 30 minutes and add the potatoes and carrots cut into cubes.

Pour in water—don't fill it completely so you keep a bit of broth at the bottom.

As soon as it's done cooking, pull the pot out of the multicooker right away so the potatoes don't turn to mush.
