Method

Boil the potatoes and mash them.

Add the egg yolk, butter, cheese, salt, and pepper, then mix well.

Add all the ingredients to the ground chicken and mix.

Grease a baking dish with oil and shape nests out of the mashed potatoes sized to fit the meatballs.

Place the meatballs into these wells and bake at 180°C until done.

5 minutes before the end, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake until the cheese melts.
