Method

Roughly chop the onion and carrot.

Set your multicooker to the Sauté function for 25 minutes.

Heat oil and sauté the onion and carrot for 3-5 minutes, then add the rinsed liver, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together well.

Pour in the milk and cook for another 15 minutes.

Check if the liver is done by breaking open a piece—there should be no blood—then turn off the multicooker right away.

Transfer everything to a food processor or blend with an immersion blender until smooth. Put into a container with a lid and refrigerate.
