Method

Divide the minced meat into 4 equal portions. Cut the cheese into small cubes and finely chop the dill.

Place the cheese in the center of each portion and add the dill.

Seal the patties to form "hedgehogs" (it's easier with wet hands), dip each one into the egg, and then into breadcrumbs.

Bake at 170°C for 15-20 minutes.
