Method

Rinse the chicken fillets and pat them dry with paper towels. Cut them into thin strips.

Preheat a skillet well and pour in the vegetable oil.

Once the oil is piping hot, add the ground pepper and carrot seasoning to the skillet.

Wash, peel, and grate the carrots, preferably using a special Korean carrot grater. Peel the onions and slice them into thin half-rings.

Two minutes after adding the spices and pepper, add the chicken fillets, carrots, and onions, and mix thoroughly.

Simmer the He for about five minutes, then add vinegar and salt to taste.

Keep on medium heat for another five minutes, then turn off the heat.

After that, transfer the He from the skillet to a large salad bowl and let it cool.

Then cover with a lid and place in the refrigerator until completely chilled, or even better, leave it overnight.
