Method

Mix all the spices and salt together in a bowl.

Pour in the olive oil and stir thoroughly.

Rinse the chicken breasts under running water and pat dry with paper towels.

Coat each breast generously with the spice mixture and wrap tightly in foil.

Place the foil packets in the multicooker and bake on the 'Baking' setting for 45 minutes.

Once the signal sounds, leave the meat in the multicooker for another 15 minutes, then let it cool, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 2 hours.
