Dice the mushrooms, chicken, and onion, then sauté them. Add the sour cream, salt, and spices. Simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes.

Carefully hollow out the inside of the bread rolls.

Stuff them with the filling, top with grated cheese, and bake in the oven at 180 °C (350 °F) for 10 minutes.
