Method

Cut the cheese into thin rectangular strips.

Beat the eggs in a bowl, pour the breadcrumbs onto a plate, and crush the chips into crumbs.

Coat the cheese first in egg, then in breadcrumbs, again in egg, again in breadcrumbs, and finally in egg and chips.

Place on parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 190°C (375°F) for 5 minutes.

Remove as soon as you notice the cheese starting to ooze out.

Serve immediately while hot.
