Method

Stir the salt and baking soda into the warm kefir.

Add the eggs, grated cheese, sausage (pan-fry beforehand if you like), and fresh herbs, then mix everything well.

Sift in the flour and bring the dough together.

Transfer the dough into a greased baking dish.
