Thread the sausages onto skewers and wrap with cheese

Boil and mash the potatoes

Fold regular cheese into the mash

Shape a portion of the potato mash into a flat disc in the palm of your hand

Place the sausage in the center and wrap the mashed potatoes around it

Beat the egg, then dip the corn dog into it

Coat in crushed potato chips or breadcrumbs

Air fry at 200°C for ~12 minutes or bake in a convection oven for ~15 minutes

Let cool slightly so the corn dogs hold their shape
