Roll out two sheets of puff pastry and cut them into circles. Arrange the sausages along the edge and place the cheese in the center, then cover with the second pastry circle.

Carefully crimp the edges—around the cheese and between the sausages.

Bake for 35 minutes at 180–190 °C.

Serve hot! While the cheese is gooey, pull off pieces with sausage and dip them right into the center.
