Pan-fry the sausages.

For the sauce, dice the onion and pickles, add mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard, and mix well.

For the corn topping, sauté the corn, add both types of cheese, and stir until smooth and melted. Splash in a little cream if desired.

Coat the inside of the bun with the sauce, place the sausage inside, and top with the cheesy corn mixture.

Bake in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 5 minutes.
